Return Process

  Log into your Honeybalm account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring the secure inclusion of your packing slip and any promotional gifts received.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
